Embracing Change: A New Chapter for Esyntial Elements Consulting

They say growth comes with equal parts excitement and fear, and right now, I feel both.
For the past 20 years, Esyntial Elements Consulting has been my labor of love. From my early days as a novice, budget-stretched event planner to managing full-scale event venues, I have had the honor of working with clients who believed in me before I fully believed in myself. Some of you have been with me since the very beginning--through the late nights, tight deadlines, and moments when I had to figure it all out on the fly. Your patience, loyalty, and trust have meant the world to me, and I don’t take that for granted. But just as businesses evolve, so must I.

This next chapter of Esyntial Elements Consulting is an evolution of everything I’ve learned. It’s no longer just about executing events—it’s about executing business success. I’m shifting my focus to helping solopreneurs and small business owners streamline, grow, and scale through project management, business consulting, and strategic execution. I want to build a thriving community where entrepreneurs aren’t just surviving, but thriving with clarity, confidence, and support. Still, change isn’t easy. There’s a part of me that feels a little sad leaving behind the event consulting world that shaped me. It’s bittersweet to step into this new space, knowing that while some things will change, my core mission remains the same: to help visionaries turn ideas into reality.

I hope the same reputation, trust, and commitment that carried me through the last two decades will follow me into this new era. More than that, I hope I surprise myself with what I’m capable of, and I promise to continue growing, challenging myself, and delivering excellence to those who trust me with their business.

To my long-time supporters, I ask for grace as I navigate this transition. Change is both thrilling and terrifying, but I believe in what’s ahead. If you’ve ever worked with me, learned from me, or supported my journey—I hope you’ll stick around to see what’s next.
